Defective Items

Return defective or damaged products within 3 days of delivery.
Unused Products
4 Days
Return unused products in original packaging within 4 days of delivery.
Important: The return window starts from the date you receive your order. Defective items must be reported within 3 days, and unused products must be returned within 4 days of delivery.
How to Return an Item
A simple 4-step process to get your refund or replacement.
1. Request a Return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for return. You can reach us via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
2. Pack the Item
Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free items included.
3. Ship It Back
Drop off the package at our store or ship it to our Sylhet address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.
4. Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement is processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
Return Conditions
- Item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.
- Defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement within 3 days.
- Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 4 days.
Non-Returnable
- ✕Products with physical damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- ✕Items missing accessories, original packaging, or manuals
- ✕Software, downloadable content, or opened consumables (batteries, etc.)
- ✕Products modified, soldered, or altered by the customer
- ✕ Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
