Technical Overview

Engineered by Famephase Electronic Accessories, the A1301 and A1302 transform magnetic flux measurement into high-fidelity analog voltage output through state-of-the-art continuous-time, ratiometric linear Hall-effect technology. Built around a baseline zero-field quiescent voltage anchored at exactly half the rail voltage (1/2 VCC), these ICs accommodate varied resolution demands via two distinct sensitivity profiles: 2.5 mV/G (A1301) for subtle flux changes and 1.3 mV/G (A1302) for broader magnetic ranges. By fusing the Hall sensing element, a high-gain linear amplifier, and a low-impedance CMOS Class A output driver onto a single monolithic die, signal degradation and stray electromagnetic interference are practically eliminated before off-chip transmission. Factory laser-trimmed at the silicon level for tight gain and offset calibration, Famephase elevates these sensors further with integrated power-rail noise suppression and thermal tracking features across an industrial-grade –40°C to 125°C span—delivering unmatched reliability for contact-free rotary encoders, linear motion control, and isolated current sensing in modern robotics.
